Midland Counties Photographic Federation Photgraphic Alliance of Great Britain Pop Up Competition Trophy Pop Up Competition Medals
These are designed to be fun and an activity which will inspire members to grab their cameras and get ‘out there’ taking photographs. It's also an opportunity to win a trophy to keep with two medals awarded for Highly Commended and Commended images. Those medals are keepers as well so what more could be desired for a truly fulfilled life? Each Pop-Up competition will have a theme and will run for one month where all entries submitted must have been taken during that month. There may even be a few mini-rules applied to specific competitions, perhaps a set orientation or colour or monochrome, but members are free to interpret the challenge in any way they choose whilst ensuring their image fits within the spirit of a given theme or topic. February 2020 Pop-Up: ‘Looking Up’ Closes: Saturday 29th February The image must be in portrait (upright) format being around 950 pixels width, but always 1200 pixels in height, roughly equivalent to an 8x10 image. Your entry may be colour or monochrome and can be processed in any way you choose - or not, as is your decision. No rules here. Your judge will be: Rob Cowell
To ensure the competitions remain fair to all there is a set of basic rules which you must follow. Please make sure you are familiar with these before taking part.
