"Never Mind the Buzzards"

WPS had the privilege of hosting Springwatch and Autumnwatch presenter Chris Packham at the Prince of Wales Theatre in Cannock. Chris gave his highly entertaining presentation "Never Mind the Buzzards" which covered the varied and sometimes strange habits and characteristics of many species of wildlife.

The event was very well attended by not only photographers but also by many members of the public who have an interest in nature.

The evnt was kindly sponsored by local company Daymen International who donated prizes for our successful raffle (along with some bottles and chocolates donated by our Society). Pictures of the winners receiving thier prizes follow:
