Summer Competiton 2007-8
This is our first themed competition of the year and was the first time Digitally Projected Images (DPIs) were allowed. The Theme was "The Black County (Including Wolverhampton)". The entry of DPIs and prints was somewhat smaller than hoped for, however we had a very good and interesting competion judged by our very own Terry Jones FRPS.
The overall winner was Carol Doughty with her print entitled "Wolverhampton Lock".
Highly Commended Prints - Carol Doughty with "Black Country Moorings" & Joe Brennan with "Black Country Heritage".

The winner of the DPI section was new member Sean Harris with "Bratch Locks"
Highly Commended - Carol Doughty with "Black Country Barge" & Kath Brennan with "Small but Strong" & Kath Brennan again with "The Basin".
